Im selling a bo 1.9 cam and i full roller conversion with chromoly spring retainers. selling for $580. The cam and roller followers are used from boport. I never used them because the head i was going to swap is cracked. HLAs, retainers, and Springs are still in the bads unopened. let me know if your interested or know of any leads. thank you.
my car wont start in the cold... this is the second in a weeks time that my car wont start when its cold. Last night, wouldnt start. we tried compression starting, rolling it backwards trying to start it. we were at it for 20 minutes. This morning, started right up first try... why wont it start in the cold?
all you need are the roller followers and you have a roller conversion making up to 50rwhp over stock. the cam is used from boport but he says its good to go. the HLAs and valve springs are new and upgrades over the stock ones. im selling it for $425 shipped.
does anybody know how offset rims have to be with 17x10 rims in the back? ive found 24mm and 25mm. i know its not a big change but i want to run the widest tires i can outback.
so my car is only going to 4000rpm and stays there. i know it has to be something with the cam timing for it to do that because thats all we have done. does it mean its way to far advanced and needs to be retarded alot?
how do i get the bolt off of the crank shaft pulley? can only a airgun do it or do you guys know of a way to pinch down on the pulley to get the bolt turning with a socket?

so i was in a local city called tacoma (some parts arent good places to be). its in washington but anyways i was driving down some back side street when i heard a loud bang/shattering sound. i look back and my back side window was shattered but them lamintaion kept it up but you could clearly see a little hole and i had a cop look at it and he said it looks like a pellet gun!!! kids these days are sick!!! i couldnt find the pellet or anything at that in the back of my car though. i can say "i got shot at" now. check that off the list...
