Drivetrain Tech / Trac -loc springs
The cross pin would have to be gone or the spring is broken for that to happen. I used a BFH and a brass punch to put mine in. FMS trak-lok.

Well perhaps something could be coordinated. I know I could get parts from say St. Louis to Indy with a little coordination. The parts I'm looking for are body parts, so obviously a truck would need to be involved.
Are you up for doing a little checking on prices and perhaps grabbing a few items? I don't want to open this up to totally overload you, but just checking to see what's possible.
Well I know it would help to have their phone number, so here's that.
(918) 875-3770. It may even be possible that they can handle mail orders, but I'm not sure.
I'm at work and school a lot, but if I'm making a trip out there I can definitely let you guys know I'm going and I can pick up some smaller parts and such. Then I could show the receipt/parts and ya'll could send a MO and I'll ship the parts? While I'm there I can get prices on the larger stuff like body parts.

I saw probably 4 or 5 Granadas and Monarchs in there, but I wasn't paying attention to the rear ends.

From what I've bought their prices are about average.
I can store the parts, but I have no way to transport them. Our cars consist of my Mark, a Mustang convertible and a Dodge D-50 with a blown head gasket :hick:

General Fox T-Bird/Cougar Discussion / What wheels look best
Here's a wheel viewer that I used when I picked out my wheels. It lets you lower, change tire profiles, wheel size, paint color, tint the windows etc.

Engine Tech / 1992 thunderbird block/cam equivalent to 1991 stang?
Modern Mustangs by Jim Campisano also states that the 93 Cobra used the 93 Thunderbird Cam as a way to increase low end torque to compensate for the high flowing heads and intake.

Lounge / Just found a new boneyard to check out....
FYI, there's an 80-82 Thunderbird that's at R&S in Moffett, OK. IIRC it was a 302 car, it at least had a 255. There's also a 83-84 TC in there too. Both of those cars were pretty complete last time I was there which was December.
