Havic;  Yes, I used the bumper struts to hold the car. I had all the interior and front and rear suspion out of the car. I left the door on for support.  I was scared at first that the bumper struts would hold but they did great.

Mike, Thanks, I just want people to understand you can do anything if you put your mind to it. With some proper guidence. I have no practiacal training on any auto repair stuff.

That's a HUGE charge tube!  I guess two turbos push quite a lot of air.  Not sure if you're making it or not, but I definitely look forward to seeing that car at CJ this year, man!

Watching this post makes me want to just give up on my project! Your car is turning out very nice and I'm sure it will be getting the recognition it deserves.

Yes,
I  plan on being @ the CATJAM.  I would like to make it to the Cougars @ Carlina(spelling).

THe reason for the 4in inlet pipe it keep blowing the pipes off @ the MAF.  The inlet pipe is now aluim because I  could buy a MAF  to weld right to the pipe.( less silicone adapters)

It's amazing how fast this thing is coming together. You're definitely one hell of a craftsman! I wish I could go to Catjam to check that ride out. I'd give ya 10 bucks for a ride around the block, heheh...

Those AN fittings must've cost ya a few bucks. I spent around $100 on just two Aeroquip 90's and two 45's along with about 4 ft of -4 braided line. Are you using Aeroquip or Earls? Do you do your own aluminum welding? I used to work in a trailer shop and never could weld aluminum worth a ... Definitely takes some skill.

... and I have no idea what the bar for is in the trunk.
