I noticed at this site, http://www.musclecarrestorations.com, they have a  build album of a bad ass bird. They didn't show it in car, but they show a pretty wild TT set-up on a stand. But the point of my post is they modified a fiberglass cowl to use stock TC scoops.

Repairing a lock cylinder that is frozen or sans keys requires a drill, gumption, and a midget on a tricycle.

Forgot to put on intake hose when starting the car, sucked neighbors cat into intake.

That hood looks great.
But the problem I have with those fiberglass hoods is I need more room all the way across the hood not just in the center rise they have.

i know you did this on your first cat, and it looks like your doing the same on this one...but why do you use a thunderbird front bumber and shorten up the grill instead of just using a cougar bumber? :dunno:

I'm going to take a guess and say it is for his intakes for the turbos.  know of any cougar bumpers with the fog light openings?

I like the pointed bumper of the T bird better than the cougar bumper.

  Just make it diffrent.
This car has a turbo coupe bumper cover instead of a LX bird bumper.
I needed the extra room on the side for turbo pipes. I could trim the lower sections off of the fenders and then be covered up by the Turbo bumper.

yeah, I made one, but I haven't had time to finish it.  The scoops are welded in now and all it needs is a skim if body filler and paint it, and it is done.  I will get some pics up tomorrow for you if you would like.
