The rear coil overs came in yesterday and I put them on today. It is safe to say that with no weight in the car, I'll have to raise it up about an inch and do some fender work.

What turbo is that, also what kind of coating is on it?

Its a Garrett 88mm, the compressor cover is powder coated.

Playing around with potential turbo placement and debating going to a tube front to make more room.

Team Z is having a 10% off sale this week which includes their tube lower core support. That would open up some nice space.

Only doing the lower doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It doesn't really save much weight and, doesn't open up enough where you really need it.

Ready to pull all the wiring out of the car, a Mustang dash and a new column as well as finish pulling out the sound deadening.

Figured that I'd knock out some work today so, here are the mid evening update. The column support is out, the main harness is about ready to be fully pulled out of the car and, the parking brake assembly is gone for good.

Parking brake cable is dying to get out of there.

Started to make a mold fo the deck lid in order to make a lighter than steel version.

Lots of little things are going into this car.

Gonna be a sn-95 dash, or fox mustang? I really like the sn-95 dash look personally.

Well, for a first attempt at a large panel mold, i don't think its too terrible. There is a lot of room for improvement but, not horribly terrible.

I must have done something right, it fits with out the metal deck lid under it.



Now, its time to take what I learn from what I did wrong and do it for real with carbon.
