My 88 TC December 20, 2012, 10:17:51 PM Trying not to turn this into a project car but every car turns out that way I bought it for my wife to drive to collage but I really bought it for me the heavy mods won't come till she is out The car currently has dual flows msd coil short shifter bbk fuel reg. cone filter in the fender boost controller 255 in tank saleen front breaks ss break lines drilled rotors on all 4 corners Only issue is bucking above 10 psi of boost fuel pressure is at 40 psi no vacuume I have it at 10 now and it drives fine ..... I'm not to worried at the moment seeing as ill most Likly turn the boost down a bit for the wife lolFuture mods a off road 3" exshast and lowering it ... My 88 TC Reply #1 – December 21, 2012, 05:47:20 PM Nice car...What is your plug gap??? The stock coil won't fire plugs at more than approx .038-.040... I dunno what a MSD will do, but the Crane coil I had couldn't fire plugs in my 5.0 at .045 using a 75Hp nitrous shot, was happy set down to .035... Quote Selected
