I need a 2.5 inch down pipe made for a friend of mine to go onto an 89 ford ranger. Any help or tips of someone that could make one for cheap is really appreciated.
So my window fell off its track today! i am taking the door apart to get to it but i cant figure out how to take the top of the door panel off! i got the arm rest and speaker guard off and i got the lower door panel popped off but i cant figure out what is holding the top of the door panel on!
I'll be pulling the motor out of my friends turbo coupe. I am wondering what i need. I know i need a hoist and engine stand but is there anything else. A post on craigslist had a hoist and a "Come along". I am not sure what a "Come along" is. do i need it?
Can i use a 2.5 ranger crank shaft with Crower sportsman rods with stock pistons with a .30 bore? I want to build a stroker motor from the bottom end of the blown motor turbo coupe i have (I am parting it out).
So im really digging the new mustang 3.7 V6. It sounds sweet and with just and intake, exhaust and tune they get over 300RWHP! I dont like how it sounds without cats but still! I wonder how much a could find one for with the trans.
Im parting out a TC and a guy offered me $75 for the rear and he will take out the 8.8 out and put in a rear end from an 86 turbocoupe. Is this a direct swap?
My buddy blew his motor so im going to part it out. big valve ported head with boport roller assembly and stage 1.5 cam stinger front mount kit with greddy front mount Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator stinger short throw If you can think of something you need, let me know!
This is just a tester post for now to see if anybody would be interested in my cylinder head. It has a full Bo-port roller assembly with larger valves and a stage 2.5 cam. It is fully ported. I'll be selling the head within 2 months. im curious what people will be willing to pay for it.
So whenever the engine is winding down after revving, cruising or getting into the gas, it back fires A LOT. The higher i rev it up, the louder the backfire fir is and most of the time there is multiple backfire when winding down. It is REALLY loud. my car runs rich during those^^^ times too. Could that be the reason?
So after i changed me throttle body, the car is revving up higher when cruising and shift hard into the next gear. Im 99% sure its the TV cable. can i adjust it to get it to shift right?
What should my air fuel ratio be at at idle and at boost? at idle it goes from 14.2 to 15.0 and boost it goes into the 10.0's. is that where it should be?
