Body/Appearance/Interior / Re: Concept "Cougar R"
Yea. Almost exactly what I am thinking. Upgrade all suspension, engine, and some cosmetic features of the Cobra R onto an 84 or 85 Cougar. Thats what years i wanna look into anyway if I can.

Has anyone thought of a Cougar mixed with a Cobra R? The hood scoop, wing, engine, suspension, exhaust. I came up with some logos as a starter for it. If i can find another cougar, then i will instantly start on it. Just need some info. Support from you guys. What do you think?

Misc Tech / Re: Fuel Pump. . .
I had my tank replace as with the internal pump. After a week the fuel gauge just dropped when i started it and doesnt work to this day. Is there a bad connection somewhere. I didnt do the work and it really sucks to worry about mileage.

Misc Tech / Re: Best Bolt-on Exhaust kit?
Anybody ever try an x pipe with dual super 40s? what about having the tips line up with the back up lights(on an 84 mind you). Would that work?

However...if (and that's a big IF) an individual or group could get a place together, line up events, and generally do things up the way we rock it in Ohio, I would not have an objection to having a CJ Central or West show. I would help as much as possible and also attend. We've talked about it before and it's an open door for those that have the ambition and connections to put on such a show.

Well as far as I know there are some Cougar/T-Bird guys here in kansas. Why not this be the place for a Central CJ. I know that there are some big shows around. Recently the Lead Sled show in Salina,KS was pretty big. They are considering that the best place to have it. Salina, Kansas City, anywhere big would be a great place. Kansas is pretty much the Center of the U.S. But it is of course up to everyone and I am definetly up for the hassle of making it work if that is what could possibly be for the future.
