You might want to consider a set of mil circular connectors.  I deal with them at work all the time.  Very rugged and vibration resistant (we use them in A-10s).  Plus they look awesome.  If you decide to go that route let me know and i can help you pick out a nice clamp cable end and matching bulkhead.

My car is a gravity hybrid.  The gasoline engine gets me up the hills, and gravity gets me down.

Theres a guy on my local forum that says he can get some connectors out of an f-18 and ship them to me(he's stationed in arizona or someplace out there).  They are probably better suited and can handle more amps than the connectors I got.

got the body itself done now.  Still have both doors, fenders, bumper covers, and header panel to do yet.

Epoxy primer on the hood.  Alot better than I expected!

Suspension and other parts got a coat of black today!

Heh, I just got done painting most of my car with black epoxy primer, and it laid out fairly well, just needs bodywork! A 1/2 gallon would paint the whole car.

What kind of prep/paint did you use on the suspension/misc parts? Looks like it's coming along well!

I really like that valve cover just the way it is now.

Got the high build primer on the outside too, so I got a bunch more sanding ahead of me

If I put this kind of work into my car, I think I'd be scard to drive it. Nice work.
