Make sure you put thread lock on that cam bolt.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Well guys, I thought I would never be able to say this again buuuuuuut...........the 306 has been REBOOOOORN!!!  She came to life on the first turn of the key.  Aside from a few small odds and ends, she's running beautifully.  I also fixed the clutch stiffness issue, which makes it much more enjoyable to drive...as if the extra horsepower wasn't enough!  Excuse me while I go randomly driving now...

(and yes, pics and vids will be posted in the next day or two...for now, you'll have to deal with the pics below)

Hahaha quite the opposite actually.  Aside from occasionally laying into the throttle a bit, I'm gonna baby it for a while...I want it to last this time!  I'll have a plethora of pics and vids in the coming days and weeks, so no need to worry :D

How much power do you think it'll put out? I'm hoping by dyno day here for 300 at the wheels. Got a few little things to do by then.

cool man glad your up and running.  How did you guys like using the intake plate for dropping the engine and tranny in?  I did it that way too and was really impressed with how fast it went in using the plate
