Accordingly, we cannot allow your content at this time as it may infringe. That's nice, but we aren't using shapes, generic line art or even silhouettes. We are using our own cars.So I guess we can't have a calendar of clothed people because the clothes they are wearing bear Nike, Levi, Old Navy, symbols and those companies have rights to the shape of their clothing and symbols on them. I wonder how CafePress would respond to a 12-month calendar of our friends wearing no clothes to avoid trademark infringement. My order hasn't been cancelled yet. Quote Selected

Reply #281 – January 01, 2008, 02:53:27 AM Antonio, Do you have a Paypal account?A simple solution may be to order the calendars yourself and sell them direct and not put them for sale in the Cafepress Store. I've never had a problem when I've uploaded pictures for items I myself was purchasing. A downside would be shipping costs. My latest was t-shirts with underhood pics of my stang. This one in particular:As you can see, there are a few logos on it..... No issues with Cafepress however. And Jeremy, that was the funniest thing I've read in months!!! Quote Selected
