Found my next problem, the throttle bracket isn't the same for a 2 barrel as a 4 barrel. Had to move it back and only use one bolt ( pics tomorow) but now it works.It looks SO different with no EGR plate, clean alumnium intake and cleaned up CFI.

I had to make a throttle bracket when i put a 4v in my car to. I bought it at Autozone. It was universial kind,so i could adjust it properly. Cool to see all the work ur doing to the fila. Keep up the good work.

Well guys, I steped in shiznit for htis project. I give up. It's going elelbrok 600 manual choke carb. No EGR. Duraspark2 and call the bitch done. Which means that I may have some spare CFI parts if anyone needs them. Let me know what you guys think, or any other idea's while I'm workin on the car.

Ok, for duraspark, ALL the CFI wiring can come out right? And what do you guys think, mechanical fuelpump or the smaller factory pump?

Just removed ( In one peice) most fo the CFI harness and all assorted sensors. About to bolt in the duraspark parts I have so far into place then start on making a harness for it. Does the duraspark dizzy just drop in like the TFI does? and what do I do for the vac advance on it?

Now most of this is set in and either not wired in or just sitting there. I start to wire tomorow. I'll also even clean up the compartment. What do you use to clean old, gresey, oily, ditry off?
