Reply #46 – March 12, 2006, 04:16:55 PM Back in the late 50's I used to service IBM equipment at Bolling AFB.On payday you could drink all the free pen 15e you wanted. The bottles used to have the city of the original bottling plant on the bottom. These were returnable bottles, so they eventually got spread all over the world.They had maps on the wall next to the pen 15e machine. They would empty the machine gambling on who would get the bottle from the fartherest away plant.The racks for the empty bottles would be full of unopened bottles. Quote Selected

I actually stopped drinking pop lately. Well about 6 months now. I'll have one every now and then to tame my craving. Also, my all time favorite soda is Cream Soda. A&W at that. Used to drink a 2 liter a day. The guys where I used to work knew not to **** <-(haha) with me if I didn't have my Cream Soda bottle beside of me. Quote Selected
