You know how much you would incur in importing charges, then someone has to tear everything apart in that car to make sure some foreign mold is not making its way into the united states. I have always  loved the z series especially the Datsun 240 2+2 badass cars.

Importing RHD cars from puppiesan is actually cheaper than buying locally, even with the cost of transport (I don't know how long that will work, with fuel rising so fast). The laws over there for car ownership make it next to impossible to keep and drive an older car. They unload them on North Americans for next to nothing, because taxes are killing them, then buy something new. I bet the automakers love that.

That only applies to Canada, though. We can import anything 15 years or older with no problems, whether it meets Canadian regs or not. Americans don't have that luxury - anything they import has to meet US emissions and safety standards.
