1984 Thunderbird FILA June 24, 2006, 11:35:32 AM This is my 84' Fila. It's not in the best shape as the engine harness has 2 chunks missing from the preivious owner. Also it's not easy to find a replacement harness for the 5.0 (302) CFI Bullshiznit efi this car has. But i', also thinking of goin to a 2300 carb. She is my baby though and I'm trying to " restore with style". Let me know of any idea's , hate mail, or anything else. P.S. I'm new. Quote Selected

1984 Thunderbird FILA Reply #10 – June 24, 2006, 06:11:18 PM With that mess of wires under the hood, you may be better off converting to carb for the time being. Who knows what's missing and such. The biggest thing would be retrograding the fuel system to a low pressure set-up. Quote Selected

Cleaner harness, still EFI and no need to so a "full" EFI swap on it. Quote Selected
