My bone stock 1983 Heritage lives again......... Reply #35 – April 25, 2012, 04:52:00 PM UPDATE: Car is moving home tonight, and the long road to restoration begins. Pics to follow soon. So the car hasn't moved from its spot in the storage garage since 2007. I parked it with a full tank of premium, and was down to 3/4 tank after all these years. I added 5 gallons of 100 octane and fired her up. Perfect, on the 1st try. Ran smooth and quiet too. Im really excited at the idea of wrenching again on something. Quote Selected

My bone stock 1983 Heritage lives again......... Reply #38 – April 26, 2012, 01:07:34 AM I'll be starting on my 83 heritage later this year. I too have a lot of memories of growing up with that car. It's been in the family since 85 when my father bought it. I inherited it after my father passed in 2001. It sat from 2001 till 2009 when me and a buddy started tinkering with it a little and it was the same deal, a little gas, a little oil, and a new battery and she fired up and ran like I had been running it all along. Got to love Ford small blocks. Quote Selected
