Going back to stock springs, need advice

Today I jacked the car up, dropped the lca's and removed the Steeda springs I've had in the car since 2004 or so.  I've decided to go back to more of a stock-ish ride height for several reasons.  Mainly that I'm tired of sing on everything and that the Steeda fox Mustang springs ride horribly (not sure what was I thinking).  I also am starting to get a little nostalgic as to what the car looked like stock with the old 14" 8-holes.

So as of right now, the ole bird is sporting Turbo Coupe rear springs along with the CHE adjustable upper and lower control arms.

I measured from the ground to the tops of the fender lip and it measures the exact same as my bro's '96 T-bird.  So I guess I am as close to stock height as I can get.  I also figure the springs will settle a little (I put some weights off my lawn tractor in the trunk to maybe help them settle faster).

Here is a pic of her current "ass-in-the-air" :mullet: stance:

So now I just have to make a decision as to how I shall go in the wheel/tire department.  I think 17's will look bad with the stock ride height.  I had planned on redrilling for 5-lug and going with some Bullits (that way I can re-use my current tires).  But now I am thinking of going with turbines, welds, 8-holes,?????

What do you guys think would be a good wheel/tire combo?  I need some opinons!

Grab a pair of SN-95 spring for the rear (cheap and easy to find). They'll lower the car a little, but won't se anything.I have them on the Sport, and, they have a near stock feel to them. Not a harsh ride.

The Cobras still look great on that car.

Guys, I'm over the Cobra's.  I'm over being lowered.  :D

I think with smaller diameter wheels and matching front springs it will look good.

EDIT:  Hope you guys realize I have Moog TC-spec front springs to install as well!!  I started thinking that maybe you were under the impression I was going to leave it with the ass jacked up like that!  I'm not that redneck.  lol

I know it. I have been looking for the black turbines with a plosihed lip that came on the '88-'89 LSC's for my Mark.

I've got a set of mark turbines, that's exactly what I planned to do with them once I got the 5 lug taken care of...;)

lol...at this point I'm thinking rather hard about turbines.  They would look pretty slick if I could find a set and paint them a silver similar to my Cobras.
