I'm sure you could find someone to do a trade in short order.Check the Corral.

Good idea...I'll try there.

I could always have the top 1/2 of my car painted silver to match yours and then we could be twins.

Mine would have a better looking driver. :flame:

lol...

I think I may have found a nice set of turbines w/BFG tires for decent money.

x2, just looks like it needs a little beefier of a tire though

So I guess I am indecisive and going to eat crow about ditchin the Cobra's.  I am starting to think I DO need to keep the Cobra's and just go with a taller/wider tire on the rear of the car.

I have been looking online but can't seem to find exactly what I want.  Is there anyone around here who runs a 27" tall street tire on a 17x9 rim?  I am thinking something like a 255/50/17 (27" tall) or a 275/45/17 (26.7" tall).

My current 245/45/17's never have looked right (they are more for a 8" wide wheel) and I've always wanted wider on the back.  With the TC springs, I think it would look good with taller tires and also help with gas mileage, soften up the ride, and help correct my speedo (it reads about 8 mph off @ hwy speed now).

I was thinking that maybe V8Demon had some taller tires on his S197 Mustang similar to what I want to do.

Any suggestions?
