and you need to get a k&n pre-filter so your filter doesn't get so dirty

and clean it often!

Not allowed to change the kmember.  If I did, they technically call it a tube chassis car and add 350# to your minimum weight.  The filter will eventually be changed.  I don't see it being a real big problem myself.

I will have pics of my latest endeavors with this project tomorrow.  Made a spoiler fitting the class rules(max 10" height) and made it out of 1/4" lexan(found a place up in toledo called Seeger Metals & Plastics - I would recommend them!).  I pretty much have it done, I just need to come up with some more bolts/rivets and paint the hinges.  Although I would give the longacre spoiler supports 3 out of 4 stars because the 4th one broke before I even put it on.  Stupid aluminum threads galled and I almost could've broken that thing by hand  I'll have to order another one of those to replace it so I'm a bit annoyed about that.
I also bought a full set of koni double adjustable shocks/struts and the coilover kits for them, so hopefully I can get this car driving even better next year

Wow, cool stuff. I really like those Konis!

Koni's are NOT CHEAP!  I have right at $2K between the konis and coilover kits.  All I can hope is they make me a bunch faster since I was using mismatched bilstiens before.  Bilstien hd's on the front and maximum motorsports sport valved bilstiens on the rear.

Finally got this spoiler completely done.  I'm having a lack of motivation this year  But I think this spoiler turned out pretty sweet!

I think I have the spoiler at about a 70* angle and hopefully will make some downforce

yeah, it can be moved some.  Not alot, but it is adjustable, lol.  It could probably come back about 1/2 way to straightening the pinstripe where its going up.

This car makes me want to cut my own face off. I'm such a failure at being a car enthusiast...

Seriously man, beautiful.
