I'm so-so with the colour of the interior, it grows on you after a while. And thanks but I still refer to it as my "piece of shiznit".

My ultimate Tbird would have black leather with the white stitching, including the bird emblems...

That would look sharp. I'd like white pipping to go with it too.

Next time your up here you can drop it off haha.

Got the Ponys mounted and  I love them lol.

And it turns out I might get the exhaust done sooner than expected. 1-2 weeks, can't wait!!

The Pony wheels look good on your Bird. However it would annoy me to have the Mustang emblems on the center caps. I have seen these styles wheels available new with smooth center caps.

Thanks but I need tires really badly. The Pony emblems bothered me a little at first and then I had a guy at work grill me about them cause he's 'Stang shaged and how they didn't belong on my "Cougar".. I told him everyone and their mother has a 'Stang and how his '65 is a secretary's car lol. :flip:

I took a trip to the audio shop today and was quoted over $2300 for 3 subs and an amp. Wow. Sounds bad but the amp is 2400w RMS and the 3 Alpine Type X are rated at 1000w RMS each.

So I decided to wait on the stereo and just get some type Rs and a 1000w RMS amp instead. I need tires and an exhaust sooner than a louder stereo.

Not much new, I fixed my intake leak, cleaned up under the hood and put two dress ups on. I never did get my exhaust done as I bought a truck for a winter beater/fishing truck, pics of that to follow. Here's a few of my Bird and Cougar together.

And a few of the motor.

Pic of the J.D. bottle again. This car will never be driven in the winter again and stored in doors when it does snow.

Pics of said truck:

Plans are 3" body lift, 31" tires, install my roll bar, 4 100w off road lights, flat black all around, some interior touches and drive it 'til it falls apart. I know its a Chevy but it doesn't leak or burn oil and it's in decent shape.

So I still have that truck but I didn't lift it or anything like that, I'm lowering it this summer. Here's a pic of it now.

But for the car, it's been at my dad's shop for the last 6 months or so. I pulled the front end of the motor off to clean it up and add a few things, here's a small list:

Flex fan, headers, dress up peices, valve covers, wire loom, just general dress up. Also did the rear shocks. I'm going to get the rest of the motor buttoned up this weekend so I can finally get my exhaust done 2 weeks from now, custom bent 2 1/2" full length, lers will probably be Flow 40's, tires to follow after that and then I can drive it for the summer.

Pic's of the car.

This was the dead of winter, so I had to buy a sled.

Got it stuck the day I put it away for the winter.

And here's the last set of goodies to go on before it gets driven:

Next winter I'd really like to pull the motor and do a mild build on it, transmission rebuild and funds permitting 8.8 out of a TC. I'll be sure to post pics of the exhaust when its done.
