Sounds like a trailer hitch....or a spare tire mounted on the back of a jeep/SUV similar to what happened to my Mustang 2 years ago.

I just have liability on the car as far as insurance.Even if I had full coverage, the deductable would probably be as much or more than the repair.

I've got a header panel and lights if you need them.

Is it a TC header, and how much?

I really am surprised this morning that I'm not as angry about the damage as I could've been. It's just a header panel, everything else is O.K.,and,after replacing every single part nearly,it's not that bad.As I said,I'm glad it wasn't the sheet metal and bumper cover and lights.Only the header panel.I will have it back in shape in no time.If I can't get a header panel that's affordable, one of my friends does really good fiberglass work and thinks he can repair it.I'd rather replace it,but, the budget dictates.

It sometimes suprises me how helpful some people can be on this forum even in THEIR time of need. I love this place.

X2 even if any of us didnt have anyone to talk to,.....im sure these guys would fill that void,......... thats why i love this site,...... yeah parts are rare, and not every one here is a mechanic,..... but just keeping these cars going,... is like enough "inspiration" to help out the guy next to ya,....and just blab about every inch  of these things,........ hell sometimes i feel like this forum, and erics site will be historical some day,...... i mean really,,,, we have guys that are completely rebuilding their cars,(daminc), and its not like these cars are really well known, as sick "muscle cars",,,, (i.e.-gto's, road runners,.. 32 ford 3 windows and so on,./)  heck maybe one day they will start making re-pop fenders, and panels.... just because of the few thousand members we have..

Then maybe you should NOT get that 88 sport to replace the 95...because then youll STILL wreck a fox and be wrecked yourself. :rollin: The 95 is a definite great beater in every sense of the word. All hail!!!

You know what sucks the most about this?  Is that there was no note.... Its one thing if some one hits a car.... but to just take off and not even have the common decency to let you know and try to take care of it?  this makes it 100 times worse.  I feel for you man.  I hope all is going well.
