pcv valve location Reply #5 – October 30, 2008, 08:57:39 PM Be aware that there is a wire mesh filter directly underneath the PCV valve, which can also restrict circulation due to carbon and oil deposits. You may be able to soak it in a solvent to clean it out or opt for a new one. Quote Selected

pcv valve location Reply #12 – November 08, 2008, 10:26:07 PM is there anything else they could be connected to that would serve the same purpose or do they have to be connected to the pcv? Quote Selected
pcv valve location Reply #13 – November 09, 2008, 07:26:58 AM Are you talking about the pvc valve itself, does it have a big hose connector and two smaller ones,If so they usualy get plugged not used.Everything else gets hooked to the t's on the upper manifold. Quote Selected
pcv valve location Reply #14 – November 09, 2008, 11:39:32 AM yea its got the larger hose connected to it and the two smaller connections have been completely removed. the pcv itself just kind of hangs down behind the upper manifold - is it supposed to be placed somewhere else? Quote Selected
