I'm getting close.  finishing up odds and ends.  I got to drive my car again on its first long trip on the new turbo/header/head/intake last night.  I'm still working on getting it running better and get all the exhaust work right.  I still need to get the a/c working and will be needing to keep it under 5000 rpm cause it leans out REALLY bad above 5000 rpm:mad: Its hard though cause it pulls so hard, and its only at half the boost I was running before:evilgrin:

k Cougar is all vacuumed, and I just got done doing the body work on the dented fender and my custom hood, and blasted them with paint tonight...  turned out good enough for CJ I think... especially since I am running out of time... after CJ I will redo the fender properly.. note the lack of the pinstripe as well, that took 4 hours just to remove the driverside of that ... cant wait to wake up and start on the passenger side....  YIPPEEE! not...

My Cougar (the '87 this year) will be the piest any of you have ever seen it looking. My June was just too full, and I had been deferring a lot of cleaning work that she has been needing.I barely got the driver's side door window glued back into its clips. I just got this done yesterday - Now I'm not supposed to try to roll the window down for 48 hours...like 36 hours to go!

I'll be hitting the road some time tomorrow. I guess I'll try to make it look presentable when I get there...
