Welcome to the board!
I see you mentioned you'll be posting pics. That should be enough to keep the pic hounds away.

thanks for the comments
whoever had this car before me took very good care of it, definately garaged it as the only bit of rust, which isnt more than an inch is along the bottom of the rear window. from what ive read this is a common area for rust so its not too bad:D
so far all ive done with it was change the oil(and plugs when i get the time),check the basics and slap my swaybay from my former 91 'stang (which originally came from an 84 cougar v8 anyway)
only problems i have noticed so far is the drivers window doesnt go down or up(probly the plastic gear thing broke) and someone broke into the glove box and absolutely destroyed the lock and latch mechanisim. i superglued the  out of it as a temp. solution but when i go junkyarding hopefully ill find a replacment(and a few other parts while im there)
its funny as i originally set out to get a turbo coupe or xr7 turbo(since theyre stick) but i couldnt pass this thing up once i saw it.

Just kidding.welcome aboard.Time to tear it down and rebuild it already. It seems that's what we do.Fix things that aren't broken.Sounds good to me.
