remote replacement Reply #6 – March 17, 2007, 09:10:00 PM I need some input.I brought 2 new remotes and they gave me detailed instructions.I can't get the to alarm cycle to program the new remotes.There a led light on the dash it says hold the light for 20 seconds to start the process any ideas? remote replacement Reply #7 – March 21, 2007, 01:45:19 AM I can't speak about keyfobs but I've programmed enough home remotes to realize that although the self program functions might be easier or more accurate, I question accurate, but doing it manually is by far faster! It might take a little practice to get the process down. Push button 15 sec look closely remote blinks then go to next instruction step. Mess up, remove battery, start over. It's a process.
