Hi,

I'll do the bodywork, and let my friend paint it.He owns a Maaco, and he only charges me for the supplies, not the labor. He did the Blue car nearly 4 1/2 years ago,and it still shines and looks great.....except in the wrecked areas where it got hit.LOL.

I'll paint myself cauz I have the space for, but need to spray air all round before (ceiling), but I have the stuff to do, a very good "old" compressor, and a "old but best" DeVilbiss JGA502 with #30 air tip...

It's a good setup, You will see here when the Bird will painted, I'll guess I make a good work.:D

Dom.

8 Hours before I paint the Bird:hick: ...

Finally I painted all non visible areas of the bird yesterday, and decided to paint TODAY!!!, I'll guess I'm ready to do at around 12:00PM.

Just to sand the complete front extension, the rear bumper, and some littles areas, plus a couple "last minute" touch of finishing, and I'll FINALLY paint the car, after that, the "fun" of reinstalling all the trims, and other shiznit...

Some last shots before...

Pic: 1- Front.
Pic: 2- Side shot.
Pic: 3- Rear shot.

Note the car is completely masked, and I just have to pull out the 4 beams, at 6 or 7am after a couple of goods coffee I'll finish all theses "last minute" things, and at 12:00pm, Dom go with the gun around the car:hick: :hick: :hick:  I llllove it!!!:D

I'll post some pics of the car right after painted as well...

See ya later after the paint :D

Regards,

Dom.

Thanks Man, I totally finished yet, I just waiting a bit, around 11am before wash the car (with a prepaint body washer, and shoot), somebody sleep again just over the basp00get garage and I'll wait at around 11 to start, the time is looooong euh!:beatyoass: ...

I just see yesterday at around 10pm, the finishing putty cracked a bit just between the back glass and the trunklid, not cracked a lot, but a bit (3-4 long, not VERY visible), I'll paint anyway, and just redo this part this summer...

Later (when it painted:hick: ).
