It started up, kinda fought me getting there. Then as it ran, it poured a grey to white smoke from the exaust. I have a cold and can't smell anything, but I compair the look of it to a burnout. Kinda medium thick, white/grey smoke. It ran for about 2 min's like this then stalled as it's out of gas. Am I missing something here? I changes the intake, and have had 2 different carbs on it so far as well as 2 dizzys in it all in under a mounth. Could any of this play in? Mostly, why the hell is she doing this Quote Selected

Read the last few pages Reply #257 – February 16, 2007, 08:52:32 AM you sure its not condensation/the fact that its really cold out? any condensation in the exhaust would freeze, so it would be slowly melted away and then boiled as the engine ran. you said it ran for 2 minutes, thats certainly not enough time to warm up. you prolly gotta warm er up and see how she runs then. Had the fuel line and the Vac line mided up on the carb. Wonder how well that went don't ya. As well as wires in the wrong order. Fixed that then YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE PUMP ON THE FRAMERAIL IF YOU DO THIS, IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH!!!! I cut/bypass those lines, sit in my puddle og gas, turn the key, fires right up for a few sec's then dies. I just gave up for the night. Pics tomorow, as I've lost motovation tonight Quote Selected

Started the car and it ran like shiznit. Got almost no RPM's even at fullt throttle. Also have new lifter chatter. Checked the oil and it has antifreeze in it. Run like total ass. No clue. Then today I got woke up by my buttstuff asshole of a neibeor. Claims my car was touching his driveway ( one big strip og gravel) as I moved it outside yesterday to let it run outiside. I walk out and my car was pulled into the street and was hooked up to a towtruck. Had to drop $80 on that just to get him to drop it. Asshole coulnd't reach in the car and put in in N as my keys were in it, no lets yank the thing in park!!! Yay me. Then I had to start it. More abuse on the car. Put it in OD and nothing happened. Reved it up then is slammed into gear. . thats a new thing. Drove it back to the house in MY driveway just to be safe. Not sure whats wrong anymore. I'm just dripping with fornicatecin excitement right now. I just wana diginose what is wrong with the car. It does start and run though, so thats progress. / END RANT!!!! Quote Selected

Started it with headers ot see if it even ran in the biginning, called the cops. Hell he said I speed down the ally to my house. Christ I live less then 300 feet from the police station. WTF? Even when the pulled it, they just wrapped a chain around, get this, my front swaybar. Don't know what that did but it trans took a sec to shift into any gear.
