if its glaringly obvious that your intake gasket is letting coolant into the oil, okay. if not, it would be worth your while to pull the heads and check. seriously. looking at your engine bay you got it pretty good in terms of accessability of, well everything! so pulling things apart for you isnt like it is for the rest of us with EFI. wire harnesses, the upper intake and its million vacuum lines and everything else. good move converting to carb!
do a compression check (if you can) on all cylinders too, if one (or more) are severely low that could be a dead giveaway to a blown headgasket (and whereabouts it blew!)
*sigh* this is why people's sway bars and sway bar mounts/bushings get destroyed. such utter stupidity. and yeah theyll just drag it in park. they could easily lift the rear end and the front wheels will roll...
EDIT--oh and another thing: FINE, so he doesnt like you going fast by his house? (though i believe you, that you arent in fact doing that) fine. stop, put er in 1st, and go by at 15 mph, and 3000 rpm. see how he likes that. (i dont know what exhaust you have but im assuming you dont have something whisper-quiet)
