I remember a long time ago when I had my 85 Tbird I replaced the heater core without completely removing the dash out of the vehicle. I just loosened the dash at the five major attachment points and pull the dash away just enough to slip the heater box out. There may be a couple of other attachments that you may need to loosen.I have gotten so good at removing Tbird dashes that I am not scared of anything! Quote Selected
