those valve covers in the pic are aluminum? they're gonna be a bitch to keep shining like that, if they are.

They are aluminum.I've had a set similar to these before. No big deal.An occasional pass with a soft cloth is good.I expect the to get dirty, though. The Sport is my daily driver.

How much are you asking for the cobra covers? They may fit my theme.

If you're looking for finned Cobra type valve covers, these would work. Of course, you might have to tweak your drivetrain a little first. lol.

They actually make adapters to fit these to a small block.

This adapter lets you use the 427 style pentroof valve covers on our engines (SBF).

Wow, I have never heard of an adaptor like that before. That's kind of cool. You probably wouldn't want the 428 covers, but I could see Cobra covers looking good on a 351W. The hardware P/Ns could come in handy for most any installation. Thanks!

I like those covers on the Street rod.I'd like to have a set just like the Ford racing finned aluminum ones that say "Thunderbird",or,have the Thunderbird "Bird" on them.

I just had an idea.
