Probably 90% of what he sold here in the last year has been hot. So again, buyer beware.

Fila, good luck with your car. I hope that, by the end of your journey with it, something will function correctly and that you get your messes straightened out. You're also welcome to Cat Jam, with or without a car. You seem to have had a good time and that's what counts.

If so my mistake. I dont mistrust people unless I have reason too. I understand the principle of the payment thing. I wont accept free parts, thats just the way I deal. Trade or money, nothing less. I guess we live and learn. I will hold firm to my beliefs unless proved wrong otherwise.

it bugs me people would not "give" something away. i guess that your choice.

Fila,, you got issues,,, solve them.

are you being accused of selling stolen parts you stole?
is this true?
did you steal parts?
did you sell them afterward?

This is the forth time i can go fetch out of various posts that has illuded to your being dishonest and personally, i want an answer or while im passing through your neck of the woods week after next to an AT&T site, you might see me face to face. You have called here many times and our family have become familiar with your voice when you ask to chat with everything including your recent enlistment. I am not going to continue suggesting you clear up these accusations being tossed at you only to sit back and watch you let people tell you that you are a thief. Your lack of response has me bothered.

Id be pissed and would never let anyone step on me like that free of charge thats for sure so on with it already.

can you NOT understand why its posing when you list parts that arent on your car yet or listing time slips your car has not done. You are outsourcing in its root and truest form because you are building your background and forground reputation on the work of others and thier sweat or tears. Why the heck would it be **in you** to just "guestimate" your very own time slip and post it like you did it? That smells of a bad ingredient in you thats only going to lead you down the critical path to failure in just about every thing life related. Its low and reaks of someone hungry for attention.

After taking a few black eyes from folks who have explained things thier own way,, you have this certain way you word things that make it sound as though your being singled out. I could see that easily and i could and did at a glance almost feel sorry for you just because of how you word your responses.

if you dont straighten out this whole "thief" thing,, your not going to gain anyones respect, it stands out far more than any trivial "do i owe eric money or not" senerio playing in the background.

I had a long conversation with you about a title on some sort of car recently and you know how i word things so i ask questions exact and accurate,, you swayed a little and swagged a lot with your answers but i finally forced in the correct verbage that allowed you to get the information out of your mouth i wanted to hear.............................so..................................

Hell, while im on the topic of fishy,, YOu being offered EN as your job in the navy does not add up to your ASVAB score of 93. In my book, anyone with an asvab that high has common sense not to be an EN. Your told you can pick what ever you want to do and you pick Engineman? Are you NUCKING FUTS?

Hell,, i think LN (legalman) would be best for you.

so why not post your asvab score,, atleast i would feel like there is some hope.,, otherwise, clean up and in my book all is forgiven cause we all make mistakes and have made mistakes we can NEVER undo.

Yes, from the "trash bin" at a JY. I didn't just sneak in with a flashlight as it was implied. I went to look for parts, came across a big " trash bin" with motors and such. I looked around for a few and found many things that seemed useful to me. I will say for clairity that they were for my personal use but I never ended up using them. The only other instance was the mustang in the feild for 9+ years near my freinds, no owner found, where I got my valve covrs from

No. Everything I have tried to sell was sold or traded to me. Some I got for doing work to freinds cars and I got to keep the old parts as replacements went on. I would also like to comment on Eric's post on how I aquire money, I do free lance mechanic/install work for freinds. They buy the parts, i install/fix. Thats how I have alittle money floating around.

I understand that posting/commenting on what I have not done yet is wrong. I just didn't think it was "as" wrong as it seems. If I have a very close setup to someone else who runs a x.xx 1/4 mile, I assumed it was safe to say I woluld do the same

1 reason. It's not a bill of sale. It's not even what I thought it was. It was just an agrement of what was " susposed" to happen. Nothing on the paper actually happened as it was ment to, so I didn't post it. It would only have made it worse. The situation seems to have solved itself so I let this die down.

I was told I can pick what I want yes. He asked what I'm good at and I made a comment on how I like to work on cars. Without a 2ed though he snaps back that he has the perfect job for me, EN. I run with it. Alot of this was the hurry to get me sworn in and get all my paperwork done.

This is exactly what I plan to do. I'll say rignt now, formaly, this I have made LOTS of mistakes all through out my life here on the boards. These are the most honest and truthful answers I can give. Wether they hurt or help my case is irelevent to me. They are the truth. As for earning respect back, I was told once that the only way to get respect is to face ones " fornicate-ups" directly. Well thats all of them, right there.

no one got shot, not one got killed, no one got raped, no bank was robbed, no windows busted out, no cats skinned alive,, no old grandma is missing a purse,,

WTF? your all good. Hell, ive done the parts thiefing thing myself when i was younger, ill admit that and im not alone, the hunger of a cool part hit me like a rush. Bad Karma soon kicked in and i seriously decided the little bad things i do are catching up with me and getting paid back 10 fold.

i dont see anything wrong with what you said here, sounds reasonable and straight forward.
