well today, driving home on the highway again.. engine started kicking and lost power and now it makes a nice tapping sound from the top end and misses... thinking I might of thrown a cam follower. anyone have this problem before? I thought I read about it somewhere but I couldnt find it in the search. sorry if this is a repost
I know about the timing marks on the cam and crank, but I didnt see one on the dist. pully cam and crank are inline...time to invest in a timing light maybe?
last weekend I was out for a drive on the highway and unfortunatly my timing belt broke on my TC. we drug it home and put it back together and now it acts like it isnt in time, is there a proper way to time a 4 cylinder? this is the first one I have ever had all of my other cars had V8's so I know nothing about them. please help!
bypassing the solenoid will let you boost to 15psi? I have only been boosting 8-9 since I started driving the car (5 speed) I guess I really dont know what my car has.
