last question, what wattage bulbs can I use if I get that nifty harness? I think the oem bulbs are 55/60W

Idea, couldnt I get a relay for off-road lights (such as KC or Hella) then use that relay. Cuz with relays, dont you have 4 pr0ngs? So you have low current in/out and high current in/out? So i could use the switched power as the low current. And then run a cable straight from the battery to serve as the high current side.

Am i thinking of this properly?

Electrical Tech / Headlights
Hi guys,
My current headlights have got condensation in them. And I already saw that on coolcats.net you can do an H4 conversion. The part that im confused about, is do I have to modify the harness at all for the h4 bulbs? Do I have to buy a short adapter type thing?

And I was also thinking about getting the black headlight covers....give the car a darth vader-y look. Thoughts?

Thanks

Lounge / Just a thing I found
See I figured someone would rag on it for coming from stance works. but the car doesnt have shiznit loads of negative camber, nor stretched tires. so all is well in my book.

Drivetrain Tech / Real Clunky Downshifts
Hi guys,
My thunderbirds been acting up a bit. As the title says, the car kinda surges repeatedly sometimes on downshifts. Granted the car was cold when it occured. And the car also has a Performance automatic shift kit in it. Im just praying that the harder shifts havent screwed something up inside.

Any info helps!

Suspension/Steering / Not so good vibrations
Hey aero coupe,
Put your hands at 12:00 and 6:00, i thought this was to check your wheel bearings. To check ball joints ive always picked the car up so the tire is a few inches off the ground. Put a pry bar on the ground under the tire, then put one hand on top of the tire. use other hand to pry up. Basically youre cycling the suspension with the pry bar. And if your hand on top of the tire feels a klunk, then youve got bad ball joints.

Electrical Tech / Not starting after drive
But see he said itll crank but it wont start. So you should rule out battery cables. Heat soaked starter? Possible. But i think starters are going going gone. No real indication of when theyre about to go bad.

Suspension/Steering / Mustang wheels?
So our 4 lug hole pattern is 4 x 4.25 any wheel like that will fit. Just make sure to check you backspacing or offset, which ever you prefer.
