CJ06 Progress Update

Hello all, just wanted to get some information out to you since we're less than a month away from Cat Jam '06.

- Food: we're in good shape. Final menu is set, everyone will be happy, quality of food will be outstanding (not that it wasn't before...but sometimes catered food can be icky. Not so for us!).

- T-shirts: I'm finishing up the redesign of the design. Long story. The original artwork was done this past March, but it's only been revealed to me now that it will have to be repurposed into a different format to work. I'll have that done in the next few days though. Let me announce right now that the T-shirts will NOT be white in color. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

- Chinese auction/door prizes: Karen is shopping once again for the auction. I have found some vintage stuff that I'm donating. Grand prize is...well...you'll just have to wait and see. ;)

Still in the works:
- Restaurant for Sat. night: Brian is working on this.
- Saturday event (park): I'm waiting for a return phone call.
- Sunday event: Again, waiting for a phone call.

As soon as events become solidified they will be posted here, and also sent in an e-mail to all those pre-registered. I will put the information on the Cat Jam section of the site as well.

Cool, John Ashby's Vertible is on there!  I am after him to adopt me so that he can leave it to me when he dies.

Very nice.  Makes me wish I could be there even more than before.  Maybe one day my Cougar will be good enough to get on the CJ T-shirt.

Or maybe if you decide one year to have CJ shop towels you could put my car on one of those.  :D
