i dont know if this is the right section but i have a 91tbird that i wanted to instal

i dont know if this is the right section but i have a 91tbird that i wanted to install a kill switch but i never installed  one before i looked under the dash were the steering wheel is and i see lots of wires. does any one know how i  can install this, the switch has for + and -. thank you
