Light Problems December 04, 2004, 04:22:51 PM does any one know where i can get replacement light encasings for my headlights and or tail lights? ive seen ppl with clear cornering lights but i cant find them , anyone know im not to good at finding stuff for my car Quote Selected
Re: Light Problems Reply #1 – December 04, 2004, 04:54:52 PM You can make your own clear corners, there is s guide somewhere to do it. You can usually find ones in decent shape on ebay. If yours are still good just cloudy/yellowed there are ways to get them nice and clear again. Quote Selected

Re: Light Problems Reply #3 – December 04, 2004, 05:23:40 PM For clear corners I think you can carefully peel off the orange reflector. For cleaning you need to seperate the lens from the casing by using something like a dremel or a knife. Then you can use either really fine grit sand paper or rubbing compound or polishing compound, you might need to do both sides of the lens. Then you can use some silicone to seal them back together.
