Why is the site time all wrong?

I don't get this, I have my time for the board set on Eastern Standard time because, well, I'm in the eastern time zone. But the thing at the bottom of the page says "The time is now 1:05 AM" when the time here is actually 12:10 AM.  Obviously I'm not too worried about the minutes, but can I at least get it to show the right hour??? :dunno:

It is an error on the server side. Seems every time the board is down (not our fault--PHP attacks), the server clock goes funky. Eventually it gets fixed though.

Well, that makes sense. Just curious.
