Looking For A Good Cheap Set Of Ceramic Coated Shorty Headers For A Fox 5.8 Also Want To Convert To A Serpintine Belt ...any Info Will Be Great

You wont find anything ceramic for cheap.

anything you do get, as far as headers, should work with a 5.0 also. I dont know what to tell you about the pulleys. I would look through the junkyard for some 5.8's with the right pulleys.

If any 5.0 header would work, why would anyone buy 351-->Fox swap headers?

IIRC, The 351 is taller and wider and requires its own headers. If I ever get that roller 351 from my brother I'll find out for myself soon enough...

...Which brings on another question (and a bit of a hijack): A 351 in a '94 E350 van would be roller, would it not? I'd hate to think I'd been drooling over that engine for so long for nothing. It's gonna need a rebuild (it's currently got over 400k km or 250k miles on it, and they were very unpleasant miles), but it'll be free so it'll be worth it. Also, this van has a serpentine setup, but I'd prefer to retain my T-Bird serpentine setup (if not for any other reason than the all-important A/C). Will the 5.0 accessories not bolt onto a 351?

Yes, with a 351Windsor, to use headers you MUST use the Fox headers.
I am pretty sure that you'll have to use the 351 brackets as well.
I helped a friend put a 351 in a 85 Stang, and we had to use the Windsor/Fox oil pan, headers, and some other minor stuff, etc.
He used an older engine though-can't recall if he ran the serp. belt or the v-belt. I wasn't around when he set that stuff up.
But I'm rather sure that accessory brackets are somewhat different between the 2 engines.
I think after 94 and truck based (ie van) 302 or 351 was a roller motor.
I read about some of this stuff when I was doing reseach for my F-150 5.0 to 5.8 swap...pretty much the same type of animal, except for that infernal batch fire . Another issue with that, too.

Batch fire isn't an issue - if I do swap that 351 in it'll almost certainly be carbureted. It's just so much cheaper to buy a carb, intake, distributor and fuel pump than it is to buy an EFI 351 lower, upper, injectors, throttle body, MAF, EEC-IV, and all the rest...

You do have a point there, and with a carb, you more than likely can get it all under a stock 'Bird hood as well.
My buddy that has the Stang with the 351 in it, has the mid '80s scoop on it, and the hood under the scoop is cut out for the air cleaner, and it still near hits, even with a 3" filter. He has a tube K-member, too. (don't know if he has the engine drop version, though)

I"M almost 100% positive that is a roller block in 94and up for the 351w.The 5.0 acc. will bolt up but the engine being a little taller and wider poses a problem but only in one area that I have seen and that is the a/c bracket.We put a 351 in a mustang and for this problem we mounted everything in it"s place and cut off the end of the a/c bracket bolted it up to thew compresor and welded a peice off metal inbetween and ground it down and painted it and you would never be able to see it if I didn"t tell you.You will also obviouslly have to run a little longer belt than your 5.0 and thats the only problem we had and this car had everything up front.
