how much does your ride weigh Reply #1 – January 04, 2006, 01:23:02 AM 3640 lbs w/o driver and 1/4 tank of gas. I haven't made any attempts to lighten the car and it doesn't have any extra weight in it either (like a spkr box) Quote Selected

how much does your ride weigh Reply #3 – January 04, 2006, 08:05:26 AM My '83 was 3250# w/o driver (and about 1/4 tank of gas) last year before I got into it for paint. At the time it was as such:-2.3T/T5-cage-2 power front seats-full interior-SFC's and STBIt should probably still be about the same with the following changes:- additional cage bars- removed rear seat- remove power front seat tracks. how much does your ride weigh Reply #4 – January 04, 2006, 10:24:16 AM Weighed mine on a truck scale once. With a trunk full of , 1/2 tank of gas and me @ 280 lbs mine came in at 3800 lbs. So it's probably between 3400 and 3500 empty. Quote Selected

how much does your ride weigh Reply #12 – January 05, 2006, 01:24:00 AM WOW!! You guys have some pretty light cars there, according to my door sticker, mine weighs in at 4,132 #s, so I'm assuming that means no gas or driver. Why is it that mine weighs that much, or is it an error on the sticker? Quote Selected
