for those whom are interested..

now just to let every one know this is just in the idea stage at this time. and i did talk with Eric about this

ok...

i would like to start up another CAT JAM.. that i will host with the help of Eric since i think he is a great host..but i would releave him of having to set this one up;) that will be my job..

now the idea is NOT i say NOT to interfear with the the one we allready have in youngstown ohio.. or it will not happen. i and i hope other people plan to attend the one in youngstown for years to come.an trust me i'm about 1200 miles away now and i still plan to attend every year. but maybe every other year with my cougar.

anyway

the idea is to have a meet that most of the people that may have wanted to go to the one in youngstown but was to far to drive and that i hope we could get some of the vetrens of the one in youngstown to attend allso..

i talked it over with Eric and i said that we should have it in like january or february but Eric said that for the people up north that did want to go might not be able to attend because of the winter ie ice or snow. so i propose either in the fall ie october or november or in the spring ie march or april..

so how about some feedback let me know what you think of this idea..

oh and i don't think we could set up something for this yeari think it's a little to late to try and get people together and save enough money to attend both.. so i'm thinking to start this next year..

of corse if some people would like to take a trip down in the spring sure i will host it and would love to have you down ut like i said i DO NOT want it to interfear with CAT JAM in ohio in july.. and it would have to be so that everyone that wants to attend all in one wekkend..

let me know what you guys and gals think..

I have come to the conclusion that I am the only person on the west coast that gives a  about his t-bird.  Haha, either one is far for me, but I'd be much more obliged to do the one in florida seeing as I have family there that I could stay with.

Could you see all us northern guys coming down for that. One big caravan motoring down 95. That would be awesome.:D
So where exactly do you think you might have it?

I've been tossing around a similar idea for people out in the west after I get out to Arizona.  I call the winter months :D

I would love to have a big drive to FL for another Cat Jam. How about Fall of '06?

Cool idea, Nick.

i'd kill for a west meet aswell. We will have to wait until spring at least for me to see if it would even be plauseable. lots of notice helps too.,

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Ditto for the west. I mean I am in the middle of the US but Florida is alittle much for one of my cars.

with events like carlisle and nationals for some people, its hard to get more time off work and money for just another show.  I would rather see a group trip to the track or something.  Honestly im not that big for car shows.  Its cool for a few hours and then it gets really old, and parking lot time is car show enough for me.  Im affraid CJ is turning into too much of a family picnic  all weekend event.  For many that is totally fine, but for some of us we need play time.
