Headlights flickering?

I've had this happen two times now, about a month apart.  Both times were in the morning on the way to work running the headlights on low beam with the fogs on. All this is in my 84 T/c yes it has the auto on lights but that part quit working months ago. Just haven't been back in the dash since the wiper delay box got put in. any how my headlights flickerd a few times. I messed with the switch (turned it off and back on). then I switched off the fogs. Anyone had this happen? Any one have any input? I did notice the fog lights switch was a little warm. On the way home from work no flicker.

There's a built in circuit breaker in the headlight switch that has a tendency to do that, especially with fog lights
