k-frame September 13, 2005, 01:06:19 AM ok I want to use mustang motor mounts but don't want to swap the whole k-frame, is it possible to cut the metal pieces off the mustang k-frame and weld to the t-bird k-frame? Quote Selected
Re: k-frame Reply #1 – September 13, 2005, 08:01:46 AM Sounds like a big PITA to me, but it might be possible. If you're interested, I'm working on some poly motor mounts for the 86-88 5.0s. They're still in the prototype stage at this point, but they will be available in the not too distant future. Quote Selected

'85 earlier use the Mustang mounts. Quote Selected

k-frame Reply #5 – October 12, 2005, 03:09:35 PM Chuck W....I would be interested in purchasing some of your poly motor mounts for the '86-'88 5.0L Birds also. Quote Selected
k-frame Reply #6 – October 13, 2005, 01:19:22 AM it would be easier to just swap the k-member or pick up a tubular one cheap. Quote Selected
