I got bored...

so i spent maybe 45 minutes on my upper intake, i just took some 320 grit, cleaned up the ribs and lettering, threw some red paint in the ford emblem, and did a little more sanding

im eventually going to be swapping out my intakes for a ported set, so i figured what the heck, i like the scheme, so my next one will have much more time invested
It's Gumby's fault.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

i knew someone was going to say that

im sick of blue, you buy a cold air kit, it has blue couplers, you buy anything aluminum thats aftermarket, its blue anodized, you buy some plug wires, theyre blue

i decided that i want to do something with red, car has a red interior, red stripe, so i might as well carry it under the hood

it probably would, but it would be more work than what i want to do, since im working on possibly getting my spare intake ported, and id redo all the work to that one, if i cant clean it up, im going to spray it with aluminum paint and then polish the faces and paint the Ford oval red like that one

ive actually been wanting to for a while, i just would rather spend the 10 bucks on gas, or something i need rather than paint right now, the stuff i used i had laying around, i think the red would look badass behind my black wheels

i sanded most of the casting marks off, then i brushed it on, and sanded it, since the surface was pretty smooth, it came off nice and easy
