Which mod should be next?

Im replacing my motor because yest. I started it and it was ticking very loud and I looked at the oil gauge no presure. checked oil there was plenty. so I was wondering with my speed density set up which would yield more power for the buck. the venom chip or a cobra intake top and bottom.

I'd go with the Cobra Intake of the two. Then some kinda head mod...

no chips.. I run my combo with the stock computer and ignition system and it runs great

How about you buy an explorer or cobra intake and get a pair of good heads and do it all at once..

Not to get off the topic but, speeking of explorer intakes, I bought my 88 bird and the guy said he swapped out the factory intake with the explorer upper and lower. i have the factory intake as well. What is the visual difference, cause they look the same to me?

the explorer intake that you want looks like the cobra intake.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
