Wheel question July 30, 2005, 05:28:55 PM My 88 Sport has the 8 hole wheels with the 4 hole center caps. The problem I have is 3 of the 4 center caps are loose and at slowwww speed I can hear them shifting and clicking. Is there a way to tighten them up? If not, are "new" replacements available? Re: Wheel question Reply #1 – July 31, 2005, 04:33:50 PM I have the same problem and I've been looking for caps for about a year. I think that the trx wheel cap is the same as the 8 hole cap. Problem though is that the parts have been discontinued and your best is to try a junk yard but chances are your caps will be in better condition than the ones at the yard. I did find caps online for trx wheels once (the center caps appear to be the same) and the place wanted $30 apiece for them but I can't remember what site they were on though. Quote Selected
