Fuel shutoff inertia switch July 19, 2019, 05:12:23 PM Does anybody other than Ford use this switch? Quote Selected Last Edit: July 19, 2019, 05:13:43 PM by softtouch
Re: Fuel shutoff inertia switch Reply #1 – July 20, 2019, 04:16:37 AM I've owned a few cars from other manufacturers, and I don't think they an inertia switch like the Fords do. I know my old Mopars didn't, and I'm pretty sure my Trans Am doesn't. Not something I've ever thought about. I know I've had to bypass them once or twice. Quote Selected

Re: Fuel shutoff inertia switch Reply #3 – July 20, 2019, 06:40:16 PM Gm did in the early 90s but I can't remember if it was the same style switch or not. Atleast my mom's 91 rivi did when she had me change the fuel filter for her. Other than that I have no idea. Quote Selected Last Edit: July 20, 2019, 06:41:05 PM by 88FoxBird
