Cracked Radiator Fan Blades

Hello :) I have a 1987 Cougar and doing some general maintenance I noticed that the Radiator Fan Blades are showing a few cracks near the center. I am having problems locating a replacement fan. When I do a search on google this fan  shows up Dorman 620-112 Radiator Fan Blade shows up , However it shows as Incompatible at the retailers that sell it. Has anyone had to replace there fan and if so can you recommend a replacement and retail location that i could purchase one.
I like to stay as close to oem as possible.

If I had the extra cash I would luv to replace the belt drive fan with all electric so if anyone has experience and suggestions about that modification would also be greatly appreciated.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Been using the Dorman 620-112 fan blade on my 5.0 Thunderbird for years without issue.

That is good to know because this is the reply I got from Dormans Customer Service.

"Unfortunately Andrew, Dorman does not offer the Rad Fan Blades for the 1987 Cougar at this time.

Thanks and Have a Nice Day!

:( I miss the days when people that worked at these companies actually had real working knowledge and experience in there field.  Its gets so frustrating when you  know they just fired off a canned response because they are just to lazy or just not interested enough in their job . You have to wounder how many potential sales company's are losing today do to this type of behavior.

I deal with this in the computer field almost every day now. I can almost tell in the 1st few seconds if I am wasting my time talking to the person on the other end. I just will say thanks hang up  call back and try to get a knowledgeable interested person.

The Mustang fan may work, but it's not a direct interchange. Dorman has no way of knowing what other differences there are between the vehicles.

Yup. Mustang fan is about 1 inch smaller in diameter than the Thunderbird fan. I haven't noticed any difference in cooling with it though.

I also have the factory style plastic radiator fan on my car, it never runs hot even with the A/C on.
