My Thunderbird Died Driving On Road Please Help October 14, 2017, 01:10:12 PM I was driving the Tbird this morning and all of a sudden it just died without warning, car is an 84 Thunderbird with a 6 cyl motor and has a carb with throttle body fuel injectors ,I pulled the fuel line to the carb off and fuel was being supplied to the carbI then disconnected the main cable that connects to the base of the carb and tried starting it again and it started and idled for appx 30 seconds then died on its own , any clues on what might be wrong with it?
