gillis over boost no change with turns July 04, 2017, 02:35:10 AM just installed gillis on my 88 tc. the straight vacuum port is going to vacuum tree, the 90 degree vacuum port is on wastegate actuator. i tried 6,5,3,2 and it push's to 15 and would go more if i didn't let off throttle. what else should i check? gillis over boost no change with turns Reply #2 – July 09, 2017, 06:53:26 PM I had initially switched mine, too, and thought the further in I screwed it, the lower the boost would be. I kept overboosting to 18psi. Mine is fairly far backed out to get 12 psi, but each rotation in adds about 2 psi. I love the difference the gillis valve makes in driveability, though. The on/off switch is much lower in the power band. :DDaniel Quote Selected
