Definitely looks like an 83, clear bumper signals and a stand up hood ornament.

Yeah, I know about the blue max model, I am just saying I didn't think it existed in 83.

OK, gotcha.  I wasn't aware of the Blue Max and found that info and thought I'd pass it along. 

Don't think I ever saw a Blue Max regardless of the year...
